Embodiments of the present invention relate to a new type lamina reconstructing implant and spinal cord protecting system, reconstructing a lamina removal part positioned at the rear of the spine which is removed after laminectomy. The lamina reconstructing implant reconstructing the lamina removal part at the rear of the spine according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a body part (110) having a regular width and thickness； and fixing parts (110a, 110b) horizontally extended from both ends of the body part (110) respectively, wherein the body part (110) has a characteristic of extending a protrusion (110c) to the central outside, thereby securing a space of a path to be wide enough to pass the spinal cord while covering the lamina removal part at the rear of the spine which is removed by the laminectomy, so the present invention may basically prevent a pain caused by pressure on the spinal cord, solve the instability of the spine and prevent secondary and tertiary degenerative diseases.본 발명의 실시예들은 후궁절제술 후 제거된 척추 후방측에 위치한 라미나 제거부분을 재건하는 새로운 형태의 후궁 재건 임플란트 및 척수보호시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 척추 후방측 라미나 제거부분을 재건하는 후궁 재건 임플란트는 일정 폭과 두께를 가진 몸체부(110)와, 상기 몸체부(110)의 양단부에서 각각 수평으로 연장형성된 고정부(110a,110b)를 포함하고, 상기 몸체부(110)는 중앙 외측으로 돌출부(110c)가 연장 형성된 것을 특징으로 하며, 이로 인해 후궁절제술에 의해 제거된 척추 후방측 라미나 제거부위를 커버하면서 동시에 척수가 지나가를 통로의 공간을 충분히 넓게 확보할 수 있기 때문에, 척수가 압박당해 통증이 유발되는 것을 근본적으로 방지하게 되며, 척추의 불안정성이 해소되며, 2 차 및 3차적인 퇴행성 질환을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
