PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling tool which can prevent its opened part from biting into the neck to give a comfortable wearing feel, wherein both a water absorbent fiber matter bound by sewing to a cooling tool body and a detachable cooling pack can be used as a cooling matter.SOLUTION: The cooling tool includes a cloth made cooling tool body 100 and a plastic C shaped core 200. The cooling tool body 100 has a front side body 101, a back side body 102, and a water absorbent fiber matter 103 which is laminated between these matters to have a water absorbent function, wherein a pocket flap 106 is overlaid on the back side body 102, and these matters are then bound with each other by sewing.
