It is intended to provide an antibody or a fragment of the antibody which can bind to A33, specifically attacks a tumor cell expressing A33 by using an immune system with ADCC or CDC and produces no HAHA and a drug for preventing or treating presently intractable malignant tumors of various types such as solid tumor which contains the antibody or the antibody fragment as described above.
