PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly remove a cleaning liquid or sterile water remaining in a chamber before injection of a disinfectant containing peracetic acid or hydrogen peroxide when performing COP treatment and SOP treatment in the chamber of an aseptic filling machine. SOLUTION: A wheel clutch of a filling wheel in a chamber of a sterile filling machine is disengaged and a wheel other than the filling wheel is rotated to remove a cleaning liquid after the COP treatment or sterile water in the SOP treatment.
