According to the present invention, the portable automatic injection apparatus (1) comprises: a drug solution cartridge (10) storing a drug solution therein and including a piston (11) capable of moving； a driving motor (20) driving so as to inject the drug solution stored in the drug solution cartridge (10)； a driving screw shaft (30) rotating in connection with the driving of the driving motor (20)； a plunger (40) operated so as to translationally operate by the rotation of the driving screw shaft (30), wherein one end of the plunger (40) contacts the piston (11) to compress the piston (11)； and a plunger guide frame (50) guiding to induce the translational operation of the plunger (40).
