Locking stylette device for extracting an endocardial electrode of the pacemaker comprises cylindrical body 1, one end of which is configured to receive electrode 10 in the lumen, consisting of a movable and a fixed portion relative to electrode 10, rod 5, actuator of rod 5 and handle 7. According to the invention, the outer surface of the distal end of cylindrical housing 1, on the side of its location in the lumen of electrode 10, is made bevelled to form an outer cone-shaped surface, on which capturing cap 2 with longitudinal slots 8 is rigidly connected to tie-rod 5. Inner edge of capturing cap 2 is bevelled to form inner cone-shaped surface coinciding in size and shape with outer cone-shaped surface of distal end of cylindrical housing 1.
