According to the flowerpot cover suggested in the present invention, the flowerpot cover body has a right-angled triangle shaped groove carved on the top surface thereof, and has a water hole formed at every valley corresponding to the bottommost point of a groove inclined plane. Thus, water is evenly distributed through a water hole, and turning up and down can be prevented when a soil is dug. Moreover, according to the present invention, a mounting groove of the flowerpot cover body is wrapped on the top end of a flowerpot by being fitted to a hanging projection formed at the top of the flowerpot. Accordingly, sunlight is blocked, and the growth of grass in a soil is prevented.
