PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a link device havign a form simple but excellent in strength in a rice transplanter in which a seedling-transplanting device is linked to the rear part of a traveling machine body by the link device so as to be lifted and lowered.SOLUTION: The link device 3 has a top link 54 and a lower link 55. The front end parts of both the links 54 and 55 are connected to a rear supporter 13, and the rear end parts of both the links 54 and 55 are connected to a hitch 56. The seedling-transplanting device is linked to the hitch 56. The top link 54 has a Y-shape having a trunk part 54a and a forked part 54b in the plane view, and the trunk part 54a and the forked part 54b are directed to the rear and front directions respectively. The rear end of the top link 54 enters into the inside of the hitch 56. The lower link 55 has a shape of a ladder.
