PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial vehicle that is usable in a plurality of operations, and when mounted with a turf winding and laying device, facilitates the mounting of a turf winding cylinder with simple structure and operation. SOLUTION: A front part of a vehicle body 2 with a cab part 10 has lifting and turning means 11 for vertically moving and turning an actuation part 22, and a working device 31 is removably mountable on the actuation part 22. The turf winding and laying device 31 for winding and unwinding turfs as one working device has a body 32 coupled to the actuation part 22, and a holder 40 positionally controllable in a vehicle width direction with respect to the body 32. The holder 40 can position and hold, by dropping, both ends 52a of a pivot 52 passed through the turf winding cylinder 51. With various working devices selectable and removably mountable on the actuation part, forward and reverse travel of the vehicle body and vertical and turning motion of the working devices by the lifting and turning means can offer a plurality of operations using various wording devices.
