PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of reducing and decreasing time and effort and a cost of setting work and removing work, and eliminating a running cost such as electricity rate, and further capable of not only preventing a ground temperature from drastically decreasing in a winter season, but also suppressing a ground temperature from rising in a summer season adversely.SOLUTION: A panel-like solar heat using plant cultivation assist device to be installed vertically to the ground of a cultivation place 2 of a plant 1 is formed by superposing a heat conduction surface portion 3 touching soil of the cultivation place 2, a plate-like heat storage material 4 to be superposed on and attached closely to the heat conduction surface portion 3, and a thermal insulation portion 5 insulating the outer peripheral surface excluding the side of the heat conduction surface portion 3 of the heat storage material 4. The heat storage material 4 is detachably installed on the thermal insulation portion 5.
