The present invention relates to nutrition rice water for making nutrition rice by using nutrition rice water containing nutritious components which are deficient in white rice. According to the present invention, rice is cooked by using nutrition rice water containing various nutrients, instead of additionally mixing white rice with mixed grains containing various nutrients, thereby preparing nutrition rice evenly containing various nutrients. The nutrition rice water is obtained by mixing 5% of purified water with 35% of powders of five grains which are prepared by mixing: 60% of soybean powders obtained by mixing 20% of soybean solid content and 80% of white soybeans and crushing the same into 300 meshes or less； 20% of glutinous rice； 25% of black beans； 15% of adzuki beans； 20% of millet； and 20% of sorghum, washing and drying the same, and finely crushing the same into 300 meshes or less.본 발명은 쌀밥에 부족한 영양성분으로 이루어진 영양밥물을 이용하여 영양밥을 제조할 수 있도록 한 영양밥물에 관한 것으로, 다양한 영양분이 함유된 잡곡을 쌀밥에 별도로 혼합하여 밥을 하지 않고 다양한 영양분이 함유된 영양밥물을 제공하여 이 영양밥물로 밥을 지음으로서 다양한 영양분이 골고루 함유된 영양밥을 얻을 수 있도록 하기 위하여,대두고형분 20%와 국내산흰콩80%를 300메시 이하로 혼합 분쇄하여서 된 대두분말60%와, 찹쌀20%, 검은콩25%, 팥15%, 조20%, 수수20%를 혼합하여 세척 후 건조하여 300메시 이하로 미세하게 분쇄한 오곡분말35%를 정제수5%와 혼합 함으로서 밥에 혼합하여 밥을 하는 영양밥물을 얻게 되는 것이다.
