Disclosed are the crystals of Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate, and the present invention also relates to a crystal composition and a drug composition containing the crystals, a preparation method thereof and the use thereof in treating or preventing diseases associated with viral infections. The crystals are subjected to X-ray powder diffraction spectrometry with Cu-K&alpha； radiation, and when represented by an interplanar spacing d-value, diffraction peaks are shown at about 18.4714Å, 5.0350Å, 4.6380Å, 4.5347Å, 4.3838Å, 4.2874Å, and 3.6304Å.
