PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cooling efficiency of a food material lump.SOLUTION: In a cooling device 12 where a sushi rice sheet Rm produced from freshly cooked warm rice is cooled, the lower part of a carrier belt 70a carrying the sushi rice sheet Rm is provided with a lower side diaphragm 74 bored with a plurality of through holes SH. In this way, cool air fed from a blower 72 for cooling wind into a cooling tunnel 71 is gravitated to a plurality of the through holes SH of the lower side diaphragm 74, thus larger cool air can be passed through the sushi rice sheet Rm on the lower side diaphragm 74. Further, the upper part of the carrier belt 70a is provided with an upper side diaphragm 75 bored with a plurality of through holes JH. In this way, the cool air fed from the blower 72 for cooling wind can be almost uniformly diffused over the wide range in the face of the sushi rice sheet Rm by the upper side diaphragm 75, and further, the pressure of the cool air is increased and it can be discharged. The cooling efficiency of the sushi rice sheet Rm can be further improved by them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】食材塊の冷却効率を向上させる。【解決手段】炊き立ての温かい米飯から生成したシャリシートRmを冷却する冷却装置12において、シャリシートRmを搬送する搬送ベルト70aの下方に、複数の貫通孔SHが穿孔された下側仕切板74を設けた。これにより、冷却風用ブロア72から冷却トンネル71内に送られた冷気が下側仕切板74の複数の貫通孔SHに引き寄せられ吸引される結果、下側仕切板74上のシャリシートRmに、より多くの冷気を通過させることができる。また、搬送ベルト70aの上方に、複数の貫通孔JHが穿孔された上側仕切板75を設けた。これにより、冷却風用ブロア72から供給された冷気を上側仕切板75によってシャリシートRmの面内の広い範囲にほぼ均等に拡散できるとともに、冷気の圧力を高めて吐出することができる。これらにより、シャリシートRmの冷却効率をさらに向上させることができる。【選択図】図7
