PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which enables a test subject himself or herself to determine a proper remedial measure, without obtaining particular instruction directly from a medical professional, by providing a plurality of autonomic nerve function age rankings, and advices corresponding respectively to plural categories (3×4=12) of determination criteria, stored in storage means, derived from the plurality of autonomic nerve function age rankings.SOLUTION: An examination system for fatigue and stress comprises: storage means which holds standard values for each age as master data for examination of fatigue and stress； determination means which makes determination by comparing measurement data obtained by electrocardiogram and pulse wave measurement of a test subject with the standard values, and outputs determination results divided into plural categories； and calculation means which receives the determination results, and calculates the autonomic nerve function age. The determination means has: an autonomic nervous determination unit for determining autonomic nerve strength, and an autonomic nerve balance determination unit for determining autonomic nerve balance.【課題】複数の自律神経機能年齢ランクと複数の自律神経機能年齢ランクから、記憶手段に保存の複数分類（３×４＝１２）の判定基準にそれぞれ対応するアドバイスの提供により、特に医療関係者の指示を直接得ることなく、被験者自身で、対処を正確に判断することが可能なシステムを提供する。【解決手段】疲労・ストレスを診断するに際して、年齢毎の基準値をマスタデータとして保有する記憶手段、被験者の心電・脈波を測定して得た測定データと基準値を比較して判定し、複数の分類に分けられた判定結果を出力する判定手段、判定結果を受け、自律神経機能年齢を算出する算出手段、を有し、判定手段は、自律神経の強さを判定する自律神経判定部と自律神経のバランスを判定する自律神経バランス判定手段、を有する疲労・ストレス検診システム。【選択図】図１
