PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aerosol hair cosmetic which can adhere to and coat each hair uniformly without soiling hands by taking a portion thereof on and coating with a comb, reduces tangling of the hair, improves smoothness in combing and finger-combing and gloss, be used before bedtime or an exercise, be also used as a pre-treatment of perming or hair coloring, and is economically and environmentally friendly.SOLUTION: The non-aerosol hair cosmetic comprises a component (A) and a component (B). The component (A) comprises 0.1 to 8 mass% of amphoteric surfactant alkyl amine oxides.
