System for removing a prosthetic crown from a dental implant of the type comprising an abutment to which said crown is cemented, comprising - a channel passing through said prosthetic crown open toward said implant, - a thrust element available between said prosthetic crown and said implant, - rotation and translation means for said thrust element, with direction of translation from said crown to said implant and/or vice versa, said thrust element, during the removal operation, abutting on said implant and at the opposite end abutting on said prosthetic crown said thrust element being adapted to be rotated and translated by the dentist, at the time of the removal operation of said prosthetic crown, by means of rotation of a tool from the outside of said crown through said channel, so as to generate a thrust toward said crown, pushing on this latter and enabling its detachment.
