The wings 4 are folded toward a surface sheet 21 before use. Adhesive parts 41 for fixing to underwear are arranged on the outer surface of the folded wings 4. The release paper 7 which covers the adhesive parts 41 and is fixed to the adhesive parts 41 in a peelable manner is also arranged.
