PROCÉDÉ PERMETTANT DE SYNTHÉTISER DES CYCLOALCANYL[B]INDOLES, DES CYCLOALCANYL[B]BENZOFURANES, DES CYCLOALCANYL[B]BENZOTHIOPHÈNES, COMPOSÉS ET PROCÉDÉS D'UTILISATION
A method of synthesizing cycloalkanyl [b] indoles, as well as related cycloalkanyl [b] benzofurans and cycloalkanyl [b] benzothiophenes is provided. The method is a single, multicomponent reaction that combines (1) an indole, benzofuran, or benzothiopene, (2) an aldehyde, ketone, or ketal, and (3) a diene in the presence of an acid, in particular a Ga(III) or In (III) salt. Compositions and methods of using these compounds to stimulate secretion and/or production of glucagon-like peptide-l or inhibit the activity of Calcitonin Gene-Related Peptide receptor are also provided.L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de synthétiser des cycloalcanyl[b]indoles, ainsi que les cycloalcanyl[b]benzofuranes et cycloalcanyl[b]benzothiophènes associés. Le procédé est une seule réaction multicomposant qui combine (1) un indole, benzofurane ou benzothiophène, (2) un aldéhyde, une cétone ou un cétal, et (3) un diène en présence d'un acide, en particulier un sel de Ga(III) ou d'In(III). L'invention concerne aussi des compositions et des procédés consistant à utiliser ces composés pour stimuler la sécrétion et/ou la production de glucagon-like peptide-1 ou inhiber l'activité du récepteur du peptide relié au gène calcitonine.
