PURPOSE: A nanoemulsion composition and a method for preparing the same are provided to improve astaxanthin stability and skin or body absorption of astaxanthin. CONSTITUTION: A nanoemulsion composition contains astaxanthin which is prepared from Haematococcus pluvialis by supercritical extraction. The nanoemulsion composition further contains 0.1-5.0 wt% of an auxiliary antioxidant, 0.1-5.0 wt% of a surfactant, 8.0-12.0 wt% of an emulsifier, and 0.1-5.0 wt% of oils. The auxiliary antioxidant includes tocopherol, hydroxyl dimethoxy benzyl malonate, or diethylhexyl syringlydenemalonate. The surfactant is PPG-26-biteth0-26, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, polysorbate 30, polysorbate 60, or polysorbate 80. The emulsifier contains ethanol. The nanoemulsion composition further contains ceramide and cholesterol. The nanoemulsion is contained in cosmetics, a health food, a medicinal product, and livestock feed. [Reference numerals] (AA) Purified water, polysorbate 60, glyceryl citrate/lactate/linolate/oleate； (BB) Paraffin oil, ceramide, auxiliary antioxidant, cholesterol, ethanol； (CC) Homogenizing at 70°；C and 3000-4000rpm for 5-10 minutes and cooling to 50°；C； (DD) Introducing astaxanthin, homogenizing at 3000-4000rpm for 5 minutes, and cooling at room temperature； (EE) Applying high pressure of 1000bar； (FF) Nanoemulsion(average particle size 120-200nm)나노에멀젼 조성물 및 그 제조방법이 제공된다. 상기 나노에멀젼은 아스타잔틴을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 나노에멀젼 조성물의 제조방법은 아스타잔틴을 형성하는 단계, 수상성분 및 유상성분을 혼합하여 혼합물을 형성하는 단계, 상기 혼합물에 상기 아스타잔틴을 투입하여 혼합하는 단계, 및 상기 아스타잔틴이 투입된 상기 혼합물에 압력을 가하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 나노에멀젼 조성물은 아스타잔틴의 안정성을 개선하여 피부 또는 체내 흡수율을 향상시킬 수 있도록 돕는다.
