PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a liquid oral composition in which low temperature stability of allantoin or a derivative thereof is improved and sediment deposition at the time of storage at low temperature is reduced, and which has a stable appearance of a formulation, and also has a good feeling of use and a low-temperature stabilization method of allantoin or a derivative thereof in the composition.SOLUTION: The invention provides a liquid oral composition containing (A) allantoin or a derivative thereof, (B) polyhydric alcohol selected from propylene glycol, and polyethylene glycol with an average molecular weight of 190-630, and (C) emulsion consisting of oil and fats in which an oily component is liquid at 25°C. The content of the component (B) is 3-15 mass%, and the content of the oily component of emulsion particles of the component (C) is 0.02-0.4 mass% to the entire composition.
