Non-invasive method for analyzing progression of cicatrization of wound of e.g. mouse, involves fixing sampling device on circumference of skin around wound, making macroscopic observation of wound and/or exudate and removing exudate
The method involves creating wound on animal skin by mechanical, chemical, thermical and/or by radiation process. A non-invasive sampling device (1) is fixed on circumference of the skin around the wound, using an interface. A macroscopic observation is made for the wound and/or exudate. The exudate contained in the sampling device is removed and the exudate is analyzed. Cellular metabolites and/or micro-organisms contained in the exudate are determined. Physicochemical parameters of the wound or the exudate are determined.La présente invention porte sur une méthode non-invasive d'analyse de la progression de la cicatrisation d'une plaie, comprenant les étapes suivantes: - fixer un dispositif non invasif de prélèvement sur le pourtour de la plaie ； - faire une observation macroscopique de la plaie et/ou de l'exsudat et/ou - prélever l'exsudat contenu dans ledit dispositif et analyser ledit exsudat.
