The invention relates to pharmaceutical and cosmetic fields, namely to a complex of entomological origin in propylene glycol with keratolytic action, to a process for its preparation, to pharmaceutical and cosmetic products based on it.The complex of entomological origin in propylene glycol with keratolytic action, obtained from insects of the order Lepidoptera, family Pyralidae, genera Galleria, Asopia or Aglossa, according to the invention, comprises subtilisin, polysaccharides such as chitosan, amino acids and propylene glycol, and shows a keratolytic effect of 46.5…51.0 U/ml.The process for its preparation, according to the invention, consists in that are grown insects of the order Lepidoptera, family Pyralidae, genera Galleria, Asopia or Aglossa, on various artificial nutrient media, then are collected the last instar larvae, are washed, disinfected with ultraviolet light and triturated.
