An ultrasonic sensing method used in an ultrasonic device including an ultrasonic wave transmitting unit, an ultrasonic wave receiving unit and a readout layer. The readout layer includes a plurality of input lines, a plurality of output lines and a plurality of readout pixels located at intersection areas defined by the input lines and the output lines. The ultrasonic sensing method includes the following steps: sequentially transmitting ultrasonic waves by the ultrasonic wave transmitting unit； receiving and converting the ultrasonic wave into an electric signal and then sending the electric signal to the readout layer by the ultrasonic wave receiving unit； sequentially powering on each input line to allow the readout pixels to receive the electric signal from the ultrasonic wave receiving unit； sequentially reading out the electric signal from the plurality of readout pixels of the plurality of output line after each of the input line is powered on； the ultrasonic wave transmitting unit emitting an ultrasonic wave every time the electric signal from the plurality of readout pixels of one output line is read out.
