PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation apparatus and a plant cultivation factory which can realize moderate air flow and humidification to a cultivated plant for each plant cultivation shelf by a relatively simple structure.SOLUTION: A plant cultivation apparatus 1A comprises an aerification filter humidifier 5 including an aerification filter 51, a supplying water part 52, a water receiving part 53, and a drain pipe 54. The aerification filter 51 is arranged on the rear surface of the plant cultivation apparatus 1A. The supplying water part 52 supplies water to the upper end side of the aerification filter 51. The water receiving part 53 is arranged at the lower end side of the aerification filter 51, and receives extra water fallen from the lower end of the aerification filter 51.
