The first connecting portion is disposed around one of the frame and the cushion. The second connecting portion is disposed around the other of the frame and the cushion, and connects and covers the first connecting portion. The first hole portions are disposed around the first connecting portion. The first protruding extension portions are disposed around the second connecting portion.
