PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information acquisition system for reliably performing switching related to start and stop of the biological information acquisition device.
SOLUTION: The biological information acquisition system has: a biological information acquisition device and a start control signal output device for arranging a long axis direction of the biological information acquisition device as a vertical direction. The biological information acquisition device has: a power supply part for shutting down an electromagnetic field a start control signal reception part arranged close to the power supply part and a power supply control unit for switching supply states of drive power as the start control signal is received. The start control signal output device has: a start control signal transmission part for transmitting the start control signal and a positioning part for performing positioning so that the start control signal transmission part and a start control signal reception part are positioned in mutually different planes when the biological information acquisition device is disposed in the start control signal output device and the start control signal reception part is positioned closer to the start control signal transmission part in comparison with the power supply part.
