PURPOSE: A method for controlling a 3D probe device is provided to control the operation of a probe unit by distinguishing the operation according to a moving position of the probe unit, thereby enabling probes in plurality of directions with one probe unit. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling a 3D probe device is as follows. A probe unit reciprocates around one of a first position(a) and a second position(b) being spaced from the first position, thereby performing a probe. The probe unit moves from one of the first position and second position to the other one. The probe unit performs the probe while reciprocating around the other side of the first position and the second position. The probe unit rotates by being installed to be rotated and moves from one of the first position and second position to the other one.본 발명은 삼차원 프로브 장치의 제어방법에 관한 것으로, 탐촉부는 복수의 위치를 중심으로 왕복 이동하여 탐촉을 수행하도록 되어 있으며, 위치감지부를 이용하여 탐촉부의 이동 위치를 감지하여 탐촉부의 위치를 정의하고 이를 통해 탐촉부의 동작을 탐촉부의 이동 위치에 따라 구분하여 제어함으로써, 탐촉방향 변경 없이 한 위치에서 복수의 방향으로 탐촉을 수행할 수 있다.
