PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily input comment on an intracorporeal image of a subject.
SOLUTION: The image display device 1 includes a display part 4 for displaying the intracorporeal image of the subject, at least one reference image representing a case and at least one letter data representing the case and a control part 7 for controlling respective components of the image display device 1. The control part 7 controls the display part 4 so that the at least one reference image including the reference image of the case and the at least one letter data corresponding to the intracorporeal image being displayed in the display part 4 are displayed in association with each other by case.
