A personal care system is disclosed, which includes a wearing device, a monitoring device and a flying module. The wearing device generates a magnetic field and emits electric wave signal corresponding to a user identity code. The monitor device includes an electromagnetic field sensing unit, a user information identification unit, an image capturing unit, an image processing unit and a voice playing unit. The electromagnetic sensing unit receives the electric wave signal and senses the magnetic field. The user information identification unit converts the electric wave signal to a comparing identity code, and compares the comparing identity code with the user identity code. The image capturing unit captures an environment image of a space where the wearing device is located. The image processing unit determines environment information of the space according to the environment image. The voice playing unit plays voice information corresponding to the environment information.
