The valve is configured for liquid connection of a channel in the input tube with a channel in the output tube in the position of the valve filling and liquid connection of the first suction cavity with the channel in the input tube and with the channel in the output tube, when the valve is in the first pumping position and in the second pumping position. The valve contains a small filling tube for liquid connection of the channel in the input tube with the channel in the output tube, when the valve is in the filling position； and a wedge-shaped hole, configured for liquid connection of the channel in the input tube with the first suction cavity, when the valve is in the first pumping position, and liquid connection of the channel in the output tube with the first suction cavity, when the valve is in the second pumping position.
