摘要:
FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, more specifically to transplantology, and can be used in the preparation of a recipient for liver transplantation. Such method for slowing the progression of liver cirrhosis in recipients on a waiting list for liver transplantation involves the production of mononuclear cells (MNCs) from autologous biological material. As an autologous biological material, the bone marrow of the recipient is used, which is obtained by the method of trepan aspiration in an amount of 200–300 ml bilaterally from the posterior tuberosity of the ilium. MNCs are isolated from the obtained material, their viability and the number of hematopoietic stem cells in them are estimated. Then, the speed of the recipient's portal blood flow is determined, uniform contrast of all segmental branches of the portal vein is provided, as well as no blood flow through the collaterals. Next, an automated intraportal injection of the MNCs with an injector is performed. After that, at least once every two months, the MELD integral indicators and the Child-Turcotte-Pugh score are used to assess the quality of life of the recipient, the results of ultrasonic elastometry of the liver are evaluated every 3 months, as well as a morphological and immunohistochemical study of liver biopsies before and after the introduction of cells. If the obtained data are preserved in the dynamics at the initial level or improve, the slow progression of cirrhosis of the liver is present.EFFECT: use of this method allows to slow the progression of liver cirrhosis in recipients by introducing MNCs at a rate equal to the velocity of the recipient's portal blood flow, ensuring a decrease in the loss of MNCs through collaterals.1 cl, 1 ex, 3 tbl, 8 dwgИзобретение относится к медицине, а именно точнее к трансплантологии, и может быть использован при подготовке реципиента к трансплантации печени.
