A respiratory interface device includes a mask, a connector tubing component, a headgear and a tube management device coupled to the headgear. The first end of the connector tubing component is coupled to the mask. The connector tubing component has a main tubing portion and a swivel mechanism provided at the second end thereof for coupling the connector tubing component to a gas supply tube. The main tubing portion of the connector tubing component is structured to be moveably received within and held by the tube management device.
