Disclosed are disubstituted tetrahydrofuranyl compounds of general formula (I), wherein the variables R, Rand X are defined in the specification, the enantiomers, diastereomers, mixtures and salts thereof, especially the physiologically acceptable salts thereof with organic or inorganic acids or bases, which have valuable properties, to methods for producing the same, to the drugs containing the pharmacologically active compounds and to the production and use thereof. Examples of such compounds are (S)-6-oxo-1,6-dihydro-pyridazine-4-carboxylic acid-{ 3-[2-fluoro-4-(4-methoxy-2-trifluoromethyl-phenylamino)-benzylcarbamoyl]-tetrahydrofuran-3-yl} -amide and (S)-5-amino-N-{ 3-[4-(4-methoxy-2-trifluoromethyl-phenylamino)-benzylcarbamoyl]tetrahydrofuran-3-yl} -nicotinamide.
