PURPOSE: A lifting-type bean sprout germinating and cultivating apparatus is provided to enable users to perform germinating and cultivating processes at the same time unit one cultivation container. CONSTITUTION: A lifting-type bean sprout germinating and cultivating apparatus comprises the following: an earthenware steamer(19) mounted on an earthenware steamer supporter(17)； a drive motor(11) fixed on the same axis with a driving gear(12) for rotating； and a speed reducing gear(13) fixed to a power shaft(14), and coupled to the driving gear for rotating. The rotation of the power shaft ascends and descends a power transmission nut(16) and the earthenware steamer supporter mounted on the nut for dipping bean sprouts into water. A germination container(21) is installed in the earthenware steamer.본 발명은 콩나물과 같은 씨앗의 발아 및 재배 장치에 관한 것으로, 시루(19)는 두 개 이상의 칸으로 구획되고 이 중 하나의 칸은 바닥면을 절단하여 발아통(21)을 넣어 둘 수 있도록 구비하여 발아 과정을 진행하고, 이 시루(19)가 시간 및 회전 방향을 제어하는 구동장치에 의해 상승 및 하강하도록 하여 콩나물의 재배 과정이 이루어지도록 하고 발아된 콩은 다른 빈 칸으로 옮겨 재배하면 시차를 두고 성장한 콩나물을 계속 채취할 수 있게 되며, 여러 칸으로 구획된 칸에 각각의 씨앗을 발아하여 재배하면 다양한 종류의 새싹을 하나의 재배 장치에서 편리하게 관리할 수 있는 승강식 콩나물 발아 및 재배장치이다.
