PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclotron in which positional deviation of a superconducting coil body can be suppressed effectively, and to provide a charged particle beam medical treatment device having the cyclotron.SOLUTION: A cyclotron includes a first support member 25 and a second support member 26 for supporting a superconducting coil body 21. In the first support member 25, an extending axis L1 is provided to intersect a first plane D1 including an intersection P1 on the first support member 25 side, out of the intersections of the extending axis L1 and the surface of the superconducting coil body 21, and the central axis C. In the second support member 26, an extending axis L2 is provided to intersect a second plane D2 including an intersection P2 on the second support member 26 side, out of the intersections of the extending axis L2 and the surface of the superconducting coil body 21, and the central axis C.
