FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used in surgical treatment of dissecting osteochondtions of femoral condyles (Koenig disease). Cylindrical autografts are implanted into the defect area. First, a condyle defect area is sanitized to a viable subchondral bone by drilling out a pathological bone tissue using a hollow cylindrical cutter. Cylindrical bone defects are formed by retaining webs 2–3 mm wide between them. Then, on the side of the side surface of one or two condyles of the femoral bone, cylindrical bone spongy transplants are implanted, implanted in the formed cylindrical defects and fixed by jamming. That is followed by tunneling of the implanted grafts and subchondral bone to be drilled in them with channels 2–2.4 mm in diameter at 5–7 mm from each other. Depth of boring exceeds length of implanted graft by 10–15 mm. That is followed by implanting a collagen defect on the cartilage defect area and suturing it to the hyaline cartilage surrounding the defect. Transplant sampling area is filled with the lyophilised allo bone cylinders and fixed by the seizure method.EFFECT: method provides congruence recovery of the affected knee joint, rapid regression of pain syndrome and recovery of support capacity of the lower extremity by creating viable bone grafts and methods providing mesenchymal stem cell migration from the healthy subchondral bone into the defect area.1 cl, 12 dwg, 1 exИзобретение относится к медицине, а именно к травматологии и ортопедии, и может быть использовано при оперативном лечении рассекающего остеохондрита мыщелков бедренной кости (болезнь Кенига).
