The present invention relates to a record conversion system including a mandibular motion detection sensor capable of more easily detecting mandibular motion since it is more compact than the equipment used for the detection of mandibular motion, and a record conversion method of mandibular motion using the same. According to the present invention, the record conversion system comprises: a depth sensor installed in front of the patient&prime；s face to scan three-dimensional image information about the patient&prime；s face； an attachment sensor which is attached to the patient&prime；s face or inside the mouth and detects motion information of a mandibular attached part when the patient moves the maxilla or mandible； and a recording unit which receives and stores facial information of patient measured by the depth sensor, and receives and stores the motion information detected by the attachment sensor.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명은 종래 하악 운동의 감지를 위해 사용되는 장비보다 소형화되어, 보다 간편하에 하악 운동을 감지할 수 있는 하악 운동 감지 센서를 포함하는 기록 변환 시스템 및 이를 이용한 하악 운동의 기록 변환 방법에 관한 것으로, 환자의 안면 전방에 설치되어 환자의 안면에 대한 삼차원 영상정보를 스캔하는 깊이센서(Depth sensor), 환자의 안면 또는 구강 내부에 부착되어 환자가 상악 또는 하악을 움직일 때, 하악의 부착된 부분의 동작정보를 감지하는 부착센서 및 상기 깊이센서에서 측정된 환자의 안면정보를 수신해 저장하고, 상기 부착센서에서 감지된 동작정보를 수신해 저장하는 기록부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
