PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pharmaceutical combinations which are suitable for the treatment of a pain as an anti-epileptic and which preferably exhibit fewer undesired side effects compared to its individual components, if administered in effective doses.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical combination comprises (a) 3-(3-dimethylamino-1-ethyl-2-methyl-propyl)-phenol represented by formula (I), and (b) an anti-epileptic selected from pregabalin, gabapentin, topiramate, lamotrigine, carbamazepine, mexiletine, lacosamide, phenytoin, levetiracetam, retigabine, valproic acid and ralfinamide.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】抗癲癇薬として、痛みの処置に好適であり、且つ有効用量で投与する場合、好ましくはその個々の成分と比較して好ましくない副作用が少ない医薬配合剤の提供。【解決手段】（ａ）式（Ｉ）で表される３－（３－ジメチルアミノ－１－エチル－２－メチル－プロピル）－フェノール、及び（ｂ）プレガバリン、ガバペンチン、トピラマート、ラモトリジン、カルバマゼピン、メキシレチン、ラコサミド、フェニトイン、レベチラセタム、レチガビン、バルプロ酸及びラルフィナミドから選ばれる抗癲癇薬を含む医薬配合剤。【選択図】なし
