PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-expandable stent delivery system which enables a prompt and minimally invasive procedure and is capable of contributing to medical economy.SOLUTION: A stent delivery system 10 includes: an inner tube 20 having a guide wire lumen 21 formed therein through which a guide wire is inserted； an outer tube 30 including a lumen 31 through which the inner tube is inserted, and mounted movably to the inner tube； a distal member 23 mounted to the distal end of the inner tube； and a stent 200 disposed between a distal portion of the inner tube and a distal portion of the outer tube and released from between the inner tube and the outer tube to extensively deform as the external tube moves.
