PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple electrode type intracardiac defibrillation catheter and a multiple electrode type intracardiac defibrillation catheter unit capable of easily supplying an electric current required for defibrillation to a site where abnormal electric stimulation detected at an EP detection electrode is generated, from a defibrillation electrode, and reliably performing defibrillation.SOLUTION: A multiple electrode type intracardiac defibrillation catheter includes: first electrode groups 320G and 321G having two or more first electrodes 320 and 321 for detecting an electrophysiological electric signal at an intracardiac site or a cell group and second electrode groups 330G and 331G having one or more second electrodes 330 and 331 located between the two neighboring first electrodes for feeding an electric current by high-voltage defibrillation electric shock for defibrillation to an intracardiac contact site or an intracardiac and intravenous contact site.
