PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly fill beverage.SOLUTION: A beverage filling apparatus comprises: a forming part (7) that molds a bottle (1) from a heated preform (6) by blow molding a sterilizing part (9) that sterilizes the bottle (1), molded by the molding part (7), by use of mist (α) or gas (β) of hydrogen peroxide an air rinsing part (96) that air-rinses the bottle (1), sterilized by the sterilizing part (9), by use of aseptic air (γ) a filling part (10) that fills the bottle (1), air-rinsed by the air rinsing part (96), with beverage (a), all of which are connected. The beverage filling apparatus includes running means that continuously makes the bottle (1) run on a running path from the molding part (7) to the filling part (10) through the sterilizing part (9) and the air rinsing part (96). At least a part from the sterilizing part (9) to the filling part (10) is covered with a chamber (9a or the like).
