The purpose of the present invention is to provide a triple layered capsule by using hallow silica capsule containing water-nonsoluble stabilizer, hydrogel comprising polymer blend and polymer with desirable hydrophobic property and to provide a method for producing the same. The triple layered capsule of the present invention comprises: a single layer capsule containing water-nonsoluble material, stabilizer, and hallow silica； a double layer capsule surrounding the outside of the single later capsule with hydrogel polymer blend； and a triple layer capsule surrounding the double layer capsule with hydrophobic polymer.본 발명의 과제는 수난용성 물질을 안정화제가 포함된 중공형 실리카 캡슐과 고분자 블랜드로 이루어진 하이드로겔 및 적절한 소수성을 갖는 고분자를 이용하여 삼중층 구조를 갖는 캡슐과 이의 제조방법을 제공하는 것이다.본 발명의 주요 구성은 수난용성 물질, 안정화제, 중공형 실리카로 이루어진 단일층 캡슐； 상기 단일층 캡슐외곽을 하이드로겔 고분자 블랜드로 감싸고 있는 형태의 이중층 캡슐； 상기 이중층 캡슐 외곽을 소수성이 부여된 고분자로 감싸고 있는 형태의 삼중층 캡슐로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
