A tillage implement is configured to be towed behind an agriculturalvehicle. An implement frame has a first lengthwise frame member, a secondlengthwise frame member, and a lateral frame member connected to andextending between the first and second lengthwise frame members. A toolassembly is pivotally connected to the implement frame and includes a groundengaging member. An actuator has a first portion connected to the implementframe and a second portion connected to the tool assembly. Movement of theactuator adjusts the position of the tool assembly relative to the implementframe. The lateral frame member includes an actuator opening and at least aportion of the actuator extends into the actuator opening and the lateralframemember.
