PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Allium sativum L. forcing culture methods by which a lot of Allium sativum L. can be harvested early by irradiating a clove of Allium sativum L. with an LED lighting while dropping a liquid containing enzyme, and to provide devices thereof.SOLUTION: The present invention consists of an Allium sativum L. forcing culture method comprising taking out each clove from Allium sativum L. that is a seed bulb, and cultivating the cloves individually, and a forcing culture device thereof, the method being characterized by placing side by side a plurality of erecting and holding devices 5 for each of the cloves, by dropping a liquid z containing an enzyme into each of the cloves while fertilizing also the root of the clove with the liquid, and by irradiating each of the clove with an LED lighting Y and cultivating it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】にんにくのりん片に酵素入りの液体を滴下するとともに、ＬＥＤ照明を照射して早期に多量の収穫が得られる、にんにくの促成栽培方法とその装置を提供する。【解決手段】種球のにんにくから各りん片を取り出して、個々にりん片を栽培するにんにくの栽培方法であって、これら各りん片を起立・保持させる保持具５を複数個並べて置き、該各りん片に酵素入りの液体Ｚを滴下させると供に、該液体をりん片の根にも施肥し、且つ、各りん片にＬＥＤ照明Ｙを照射させて栽培することを特徴とするにんにくの促成栽培方法および促成栽培装置から構成される。【選択図】図１
