The present invention relates to a fishing gear having a light emitting device, and more specifically, to a fishing gear which has a light emitting device for gathering fish mounted at the upper part of a fish hook, wherein the light emitting device is prevented from separating from the fishing gear. The fishing gear comprises a fishing line a fish hook connected to the lower end of the fishing line and a chemical light connected to the fishing line so as to be aligned at the upper part of the fish hook, wherein the chemical light has a through-hole for inserting the fishing line therein.
