PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy indoor diffusion of cleaned air cleaned with a filter and containing ions.SOLUTION: A fan filter unit 10 includes a casing 11, a blower 12, a high-pressure-loss filter 13, low-pressure-loss filters 14A to 14D and ion generators 15A to 15D arranged within the casing 11. The low-pressure-loss filters 14A to 14D and the high-pressure-loss filter 13 allow air supplied by the blower 12 to pass through and deliver each to their downstream. The ion generators 15A to 15D are arranged, each and respectively, in the downstream of the low-pressure-loss filters 14A to 14D.
