The present invention relates to an apparatus for collecting and fermenting solid matter in a land-based fish farm, having two or more stand pipe arranged in a concentric shape in the center inside a farming tank of a land-based fish farm to change a flow of farming water discharged from the farming tank into a vertical zigzag shape, so as to collect solid components from a solid matter collection device for settling and separating the solid components included in the farming water, and ferment the solid components. More specifically, a vertical suction pipe is placed between the stand pipes of the solid collection device, a solid suction device having a hung suction pipe is placed in the top of the farming tank, the solid suction device is connected to a vacuum tank by a suction transfer pipe, and a fermentation tank including a bubble distributor is installed in the lower part of the vacuum tank, so the solid components settled on the bottom surface of the solid collection device are sucked by each farming tank with a small amount of farming water (seawater) by using negative pressure formed inside the vacuum tank. The sucked solid components are dropped and stored in the fermentation tank from the vacuum tank to be fermented in an organic acid sludge type for a predetermined period. Series of processes are linked to an automatic control mode in a condition not inhibiting normal operation of the land-based fish farm to be reasonably performed.
