PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a three-dimensional tomographic image of high accuracy to be constructed even when there are movements of a living body, or a motion unevenness in the scanning mechanism of an OCT optical system.SOLUTION: A biodegradation sheet 700 on which positional information being readable by a measuring beam emitted from an optical probe 600 for OCT is attached is pasted in the living body by using an endoscope. The optical probe 600 is inserted in the living body through the forceps port of the endoscope distal end section 144. The region in the living body including the biodegradation sheet 700 is rotate-scanned with a measuring beam which is emitted from the optical probe 600. At the same time, the measuring beam is linearly scanned in the longitudinal axial direction of the optical probe 600, and a plurality of tomographic images are acquired in which the positional information is embedded. The positions of the plurality of the tomographic images are corrected conforming to the positional information embedded in each tomographic image, and the three-dimensional tomographic image is constructed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】生体の動き、あるいはOCT光学系の走査機構に動作ムラがあっても精度の高い3次元断層像を構築できるようにする。
