Disclosed are crystalline forms of 3-(1H-indol-3-yl)-4-[2-(4-methyl-piperazin-1-yl)-quinazolin-4-yl]-pyrrole-2,5-dione acetate. Further disclosed is a process for the preparation of the crystal form of 3-(1H-indol-3-yl)-4-[2-(4-methyl-piperazin-1-yl)-quinazolin-4-yl]-pyrrole-2,5-dione acetate which comprises forming a solution of said salt and crystallising the salt from solution by precipitation or recrystallisation； suitable solvents include ethanol, isopropanol, methanol and ethyl acetate. A pharmaceutical composition which comprising the above crystalline salt together with at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or diluent is also disclosed.
