The orthosis has an arched glide (4) i.e. rigid band, fixed to a shoe, where the rigid band is made of flat substance folded in the shape of laid down C. The glide comprises a curved central part and returning ends connected to a flat sole (2). The glide is fixed to the sole of shoe in a semi-permanent manner by using a fixing unit e.g. bolt (12). A head of bolt outcrops an upper face of the sole of the shoe after tightening, and a distance between the sole and the shoe is adjusted. A shim is inserted between the shoe and the sole.
